Alex Roth brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across education, technology, SaaS, and professional services. Prior to joining GEDU, he held senior executive roles at EF Education First, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility across product, technology, operations, and customer services for the adult and digital learning divisions. Earlier in his career, Alex worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company and at Procter & Gamble.

His role at GEDU involves translating its strategic ambition into execution, supporting sustainable growth while enhancing quality, efficiency, and the student experience across markets.

Bill Lowery is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of education, an outlook shaped by his own journey as a first-generation college graduate. Over the past 15 years, he has dedicated his career to expanding access to high-quality, affordable, and workforce-relevant education, supporting more than 60 colleges and universities worldwide.

As Regional Head, North America, Bill leads the organisation's strategy and operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. His leadership is guided by GEDU's mission to expand access to high-impact education across borders, empower students, transform lives, and advance global learning opportunities.

In his current role, Bill advances GEDU’s growth, acquisition, and integration strategy across North America, focusing on identifying and developing new institutional partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities aligned with GEDU’s global education portfolio. He also oversees the continued redevelopment of Schiller International University's Tampa Campus, a GEDU portfolio institution with additional campuses in Madrid, Paris, and Heidelberg. His work centres on building institutional partnerships, enhancing academic relevance, and designing market re-entry strategies that expand Schiller's educational footprint throughout the continent.

Bill brings deep expertise in global higher education strategy, enrolment (UK) growth, digital transformation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His career spans senior executive roles at leading higher education organisations, where he has led initiatives that significantly increased enrolment, brand equity, and institutional value. His work combines data-driven decision-making with a mission-oriented approach to ensure that every growth initiative advances educational access and institutional sustainability.

A recognised expert in higher education programme evaluation, market and performance analytics, and omni-channel marketing, Bill has built a reputation for aligning institutional missions with effective business models. His leadership emphasises strategic collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation, guiding cross-border teams to deliver measurable educational and business outcomes.

In addition to serving as Regional Head, North America, Bill is also a member of Schiller’s Board of Directors and GEDU's Executive Board of Directors.

Mr. Lowery holds an Associate of General Studies degree from Lane Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing (double degree) from the University of Oregon, and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University.

Lina Rincon is Director of Global Strategic Planning at GEDU, where she plays a central role in shaping the group's global pre-enrolment strategy. Since joining GEDU in 2022, Lina has been instrumental in building scalable admissions and visa operations and enhancing the student journey across all GEDU institutions.

With more than 15 years' experience in higher education, Lina has held a variety of admissions, recruitment and planning roles across several international institutions. This breadth of experience gives her a deep understanding of the student lifecycle and the operational frameworks needed to deliver sustainable growth.

Her focus at GEDU is on enabling institutions within the group to expand their global reach, while ensuring access to quality education for students worldwide.

Petros Neocleous is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20 years' experience. He has worked with industry giants, contributing to their growth and restructuring efforts. His philosophy emphasises collaborative finance and business partnerships, not just financial oversight. Previously, Petros served as Group Finance Director for Oxford International Education Group and the Finance Director at Time Inc UK’s Digital Division, where he optimised financial strategies. At GEDU, he brings this collaborative mindset to the ever-expanding GEDU Group, aiming to create value through strategic financial leadership.

Professor Ray Lloyd is Deputy CEO at GEDU. Until recently, he was also the CEO of Global Banking School (GBS), one of the institutions within the GEDU Group. He was previously Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Leeds Trinity University and Head of Department and Dean at Abertay University. Professor Lloyd's first degree was in mathematics, which he taught for several years both in London and in Botswana, where he also served as the director of coaching for their track and field association. Following his return to the UK in 1996, he completed a Master's degree in Sports Science, followed by a PhD in the same field, combining academic activities with elite sport roles.
